I can see why every time I Drove passed this place it's absolutely packed. Without going Into a fancy steak house, this place... has taken the show!! Just look at my pictures and tell me you don't agree ???? 18oz Bone In Ribeye for under $40 is kind ofhard to beat. At that it's prime! Just for kicks , try that Onion Bloom. Hear ye, hear ye!! Gather around your device while Jin Doo, your favorite reviewer, chronicles his time at the Texas Roadhouse!... So check this out right, my wife says "Hey baby you wanna ignore the food we have in the house and go out to eat with thekids?". I said no, but of course hers was a rhetorical question, so off we went to Texas Roadhouse! We got there, took us lessthan 2 minutes they got us a seat, my son already took my phone to watch Cocomelon, so I had to listen to my daughter tell mefor the 11th time how she doesn't like this particular boy in her class. Anyway, my mood was nonchalant, then they brought thissoft warm bread to our table! Behold, the dopamine receptors in my brain lit a fuse! Those things were DELICIOUS!! They had tobring another bowl cos we all dug in- my wife tried to sneak an extra one for herself but was ratted out by my loyal daughter!!!Anyway, ordered the full ribs for myself, it was sooooo gooood, tender and delicious, while sipping on my strawberry margarita!I couldn't finish the ribs so I had some put in takeout plates. I did curbside pickup for their dinner rolls with butter and their steak fries with ranch. They took about 15 minutes to bring... out my order and also when I opened the box for the fries, half of them were BURNT. I'm not talking about golden brown, theywere actually dark brown, BITTER FLAVOR BURNT! They were also cold and not fresh at all, as if they had been sitting there!!!When I called them and asked to speak with the manager, (MICHAEL) he was rude and disrespectful towards me and stated "well,that's not going to happen" when I asked him to honor a gift card for the horrible services. I also told him my son just cameback from school, he only eats fries and now my son lost his appetite because of the BURNT COLD fries! My son also loves ranchand they only filled up the ranch about a quarter way up in the to go cups! The manager (MICHAEL) also said we just opened and Istated to him that is more of a reason to give a customer fresh fries! He replied and said "I saw the fries leave the kitchencause I was in the kitchen at the time." My picture I will attach to this review will prove otherwise! So the manager basicallysaw the chefs place BURNT COLDfries in the box and a tablespoon of ranch and allowed that to be served to the customer??? Theyalso gave me the tiniest dinner rolls and nothing like the texas size dinner rolls they advertise!!! Do Not waste your moneyhere! My entire day was ruined because of the horrible food and customer service from the manager (MICHAEL). Fried sirloin (country fried steak) was great. Thin with light breading that isn’t the disappointing extra batter. Had its own... unique flavor. Mashed potatoes didn’t taste too buttery or salty; were delicious with the added gravy. Rolls were doughy andwarm, we loved the cinnamon butter! Read more
This place doesn't need me to tell how good it is. Really love the all you can eat bread. It's just the perfect bun you can have... prior to your steak. The onion is okay although it's really a good looking dish but nothing special for the taste. Forgot totake a picture of my steak. I got a 23oz porterhouse and it's like $25 can't find anywhere to beat this price yet. The steak isabove average and not overcooked. The only complaint is that all the locations are more in the suburban areas. Read more
Our server, Matthew, was excellent!!! He greeted us, efficiently took our orders, came back often during a busy Friday night to... check on us and did everything with a smile! My husband and I came two weks earlier and his prime rib was delicious! This trip,he was sadly disappointed. The kitchen gave my husband dry ribs, not moist fall-off-the-bone ribs as advertised. I saw Matthewwrite as he verbally noted to put gravy on the side of beef tips. It was not, and the rice was over-seasoned. We asked to havewhite rice instead and was told that the rice was already prepared seasoned. The beef tips were tasted with the gravy on it andwas too salty for one's taste and sent back. The second order had less meat on it. The kid's meal sliders were good, but themanager, Cameron, chose not to offer a discount on the ribs or even a dessert, so we will re-think returning to this location. Read more
First time at this newer location. Nice and organized. Food came out faster than the other location on 69. Allowed us to bring... in our own cake and staff was great. Steak was tasty (6 steaks in our party). Read more
