This place has the worst customer service ever . I would given it a complete ZERO if I can.completely disrespectful, the young... lady that was there was horrible and had a bad attitude, I asked for my receipt on a $60 order and she replied with they didn?thave paper , then asked for Hot sauce and she said they didn?t have any and slammed the DT window on me and my wife , As we arepulling out of the drive thru I see through the window that they do have trays of hot sauce so I decide to go inside and YES Isee a lot of hot sauce right after the young lady told me they didn?t have NO hot sauce at all , NOT ONCE was I acknowledge Iwas completely ignored I stood there for about 10 min No one helped me I asked for a manager I was ignored I asked for the younglady name she said I don?t have to answer u I don?t have to give u my name told me to get the F out and started laughing at myface along with the other young workers that where there . I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN . Completely rude ,unprofessional, and might I say race was an issue as well because the second the other couple showed up they were AfricanAmerican she was super nice , helpful and approach with NO hesitation.Having to tell a customer to get the F out the store andbeing rude for no reason at all is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. This has to be the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The food is poorly prepared and packaged. We have given this... location several tries and every time is worse than the last. Tacos absolutely crushed under the weight of the burritos theypiled on top. The tacos were as crushed flat as pancakes. Food missing ingredients. Drinks hardly have any carbonation.Management oversight seems to be sorely lacking. It?s just a real shame. We won?t be back to this location even though it?scloser to our house. Read more
I gave in to my kids wanting Taco Bell. My quesadilla and son's quesadilla were burnt! My daughters tacos were all over the... bottom of the bag. I should have thoroughly checked the bag before leaving the drive thru. Read more
Burrito supreme?? I added my own black olives but it?s meat, cheese and sour cream. Not even tomatoes anymore. Orders and food are usually fine. But the girl at the drive through has the rudest attitude. Been here three times with her at... the window and every time she is rude.
