The staff (lady)and the other skinny young man called the manager have very little communication skills. The mexican lady was so... rude she made a mistake with my order. Totally remodeled inside but it?s the food that keeps us coming back from more! And the tastiest most refreshing watermelon... Agua Fresca you?ve ever had. What can you say about Subway? Ordinarily it's a slam dunk, several terrific options for sandwiches. This location is always a... little sketchy. Is usually there's a couple of high school kids running the place and most high school age food service workersgenerally don't really take much pride in preparation or customer service and, this comes from direct restaurant managementexperience, so I usually keep my expectations sort of low. But when you order three sandwiches and you spend 25 bucks, you'd atleast like the bread to be fresh and the only way you're going to know that it is or it isn't, is by the associate not usingstale bread or you personally find out when you get home and you unwrap your sandwich and the bread is like cement! The latteris what happened to us. And it's happened a couple of times at this location but normally we just roll it off and let it go.Because every experience can't be perfect but when the associate takes it out of that little steam cabinet and they put it onthe counter and they start to cut it open to prepare your sandwich it's at that moment that they could just say this isn't avery good 6 inch or footlong piece of bread, let me get you a newer one. Large selection of bread and and the innards. It's a calm environment and the food is usually fresh. My daughter likes it which... is a plus because she is picky. Bad thing is I have went to too many of their stores with rude, bossy, ghetto, employees thatrush you and act annoyed if you want an item on the side or take a few seconds to think. A few subways I have been to had niceemployees, but mostly they are just rough. Also, the Italian bread is out a lot. The bacon is always undercooked. And sometimeswhen you ask employees what is in a certain special they say they don't know...which is awfully weird. Read more
