I ordered a Venti drink and it's nowhere near a full cup. I asked the barista to fix it and she just pit more milk. I've not... ever had this issue at any other SB locations. Also, my sandwich was hard like they microwaved it too long. I'm been a loyalpatron for mamy years. This location is seberly lacking. I am thoroughly disappointed. What a waste of my money! ???? I?ve been the the drive thru several times and met up with baristas that don?t talk to me or ignore me when I greet them. This... place gets really slow at times too. 2 people inside and 2 in the drive thru. It?s still a 7 min wait. I get there are mobileorders but they seem to be really slow behind the counter. Love this Starbucks! Always great service and smiles from the baristas. Lots of seating inside and out. Ample parking that?s... handicap accessible. Fresh bites available to include gluten free options. They also have a range of branded products toinclude cups and mugs. Starbucks coffee by the bag. Texas branded items too. I absolutely love the hardworking team on this location. They are amazing people with super positive attitude . Every sandwich... is warm to perfection and every drink is made to perfect. One time I missed my order ( as in they run out of the bagels Iordered online ) but next time they gave me that for free. Not only that also refunded me the amount. Caity is absolutely freeof energy. The workers were very slow to complete our order of only two basic drinks and there was a crowd of people waiting for their... drinks as well. I noticed one person received a venti drink half full, and had to ask for it to be filled all the way. There wasno communication between the baristas and when we ordered a cake pop, the lady proceeded to struggle to pull it out of thepackaging right in front of us. Very unprofessional!! Read more
