I love my Sonic drinks. This team is particularly friendly and helpful. I only wish I could get a crispy grilled cheese.
Ok so the workers are always running 100 mph and half the time I get a cup that is broken so it spills in my car. Luckily diet... drinks don?t get sticky. I?m thinking this is a problem of management. Relax. Just get it done correctly. Please. Read more
The drive thru was a complete waste of time. I waited more than 30 minutes and no one responded. I drove up to the window and... they were rude and even said they did not have any ice cream. We left with nothing. At least place a sign at the drive thru tolet people know that you do not have ice cream. What a waste of time.. This is the worst drive-thru experience I have beenthrough and it is my first time trying Sonic. I think the management or something needs to be changed. Read more
