Wow the food was delicious! The gyoza was perfectly cooked, the wrapper was soft and chewy with just enough bite and the sauce... was divine. The wings had plenty of sauce but still had a great crunch. The sauce was sweet and salty with so much flavor. Thetsukemen was a new experience but so delicious! We really enjoyed the spinach with it. The red tonkatsu was also very good butnot as creamy as other places and also had the thinner noodles but still overall very great. The chasu was also incrediblySmokey which was a little overpowering for my taste but might be right up your alley. The only thing i would pass on if we comeagain was the beef bun. Lots of options! We ordered the chicken miso spicy, the black garlic tonkotsu (not pictured), chicken fried rice (3-4 servings)... and an order of gyozas (also not pictured) for $45 w tax included. We have an authentic ramen restaurant in the Katy/Richmond area! We had the tonkotsu miso spicy and black garlic tonkotsu... ramens, along with the basil popcorn chicken. All three dishes are flavorful and delicious. On the ramens, the broths weremilky, rich, and porky. The noodles were firm and chewy, just as I like it. All the garnishes that came with the ramen werewonderful ? soft egg, corn kernels, minced pork, kelps, etc. I wish the pork belly could have been more tender and less dry. Ialso wish that the basil chicken had more seasoning coating the pieces as it was pretty light on the basil flavor. We woulddefinitely go back and order the same dishes again and also try other dishes. Read more
My husband, my toddler, and I LOVE this restaurant! We get the basil chicken appetizer, and it is a family favorite. The staff... are so friendly and attentive. The ramen is amazing; you get a huge bowl and it is always so hot and delicious, hearty servings.We always have left overs. We also like to pay just a couple bucks for extra noodles (second meal serving) and an extra egg.Getting their ramen take-out is fantastic as well. They have big containers and separate your ramen and solids from the soup.Chicken fried rice (although a basic dish) is so very tastey with extra flavors like I haven?t had anywhere else.
