I've tried this location off the Grand Pkwy a couple times and here are my issues/concerns as a recurring customer: - Fries to... chicken ratio 7:3. (Your basically ordering fries) - The size of strips on average from my experience, 3 inches long per strip.(Too small). - The drinks, whether lemonade, sweet tea or soft drinks have a terrible tap water aftertaste....its very weird, Ionly deal with this taste at this location....usually have to supplement with my own beverages at home. The customer service isphenomenal, only issues I have is with the purchased products. Read more

If you like chicken with no flavor this is the place for you. I don?t get why people like this place. Chicken is bland and fries... are terrible. Have tried other locations and they all taste the same. Read more

Very good ,very fast! I asked for my sandwich without sauce, they put some on anyway. This normally would be a deal breaker--... but I discovered that I like the sauce! Read more

The place used to be awesome when it first opened but it seems like the quality from the food and employees have been going... downhill. Check your orders before leaving and make sure you have everything correct before leaving out the drive thru. They arein such a rush to get out food that sometimes they don't check if the order is correct before giving it to you. Read more

I have been to this Raising Cane's several times while visiting family. The restaurant is always busy between dinner and later... evening. Sometimes, the drive thru line wraps around the restaurant completely. We always get the chicken fingers which havenever disappointed. Maybe due to the traffic, the chicken fingers are fresh and hot. The light batter is inviting, but doesn'toverwhelm the meat ratio. The chicken fingers were a perfect vehicle for the cane sauce. Yes, get the cane sauce! Thekrinkle-cut fries remind me to wonder why so few restaurants have krinkle-cut fries. The extra surface area gives more crispyopportunities while keeping the interior tender and potato-y. Personally, Raising Cane's fries are one of my top tier fast foodfries. We are happy to have Raising Cane's not too far away so we can grab a meal whenever we have the hunger for their food. Newly opened restaurant. Service is good. Staff is young and friendly. Service was quick and customer area was clean. Food was... fresh but a little oily. Fries are delicious and they gave a special sauce. Definitely try the lemonade. Read more
