Not terrible ice cream. It's dense and sweet and when it gets added to the bubble waffle cone it melts at a rate where it's... still edible and not just a pool of milk. You go here when you don't want to drive too far for ice cream. Only sad part isthat they had kinder chocolate as a special topping and I only got two squares of the four squares that exist in a bar. My family has loved this place since it opened a few years back. They have a vast array of desserts/drinks to choose from, all... of which are amazing. In addition to the food, the place is always clean and the staff is super friendly. I?ve never been inthere when the staff wasn?t very pleasant and welcoming. I was once a hired worker at Over the Top Waffle Shoppe. I worked for six months as a cashier and regular employee. After much... experience and work, I have a few points to make about the shop. Environment: The environment of the shop itself is very cleanand pristine. I enjoy the colorful imagery. Each image promote the ice cream they were serving. Food: The ice cream is easilysome of the best ice cream I have eaten in years. The service was the top priority of the employees. Employees: Although theyare rough sometimes, I enjoyed working with them. They were friendly to the customers. However, only a few were friendly to meas an employee. Nonetheless, it was a pleasurable experience working with them. Overall, I would give this place four stars. Itis worth visiting. Read more

AMAZING service at Over the top today! It was a rainy day so I decided to stop in for some ice cream. The girls working and two... guys were so sweet! Such a great team! The hype lives up to the expectation. This shoppe is great. All of their ice cream and options are delicious. I?m serious. The... waffle cones are not hard. I love the texture and what it adds mixed with the ice cream. The customer service is wonderful andextremely helpful. I will say at night the wait is a little long. However, totally worth it. Again!
