Not terrible ice cream. It's dense and sweet and when it gets added to the bubble waffle cone it melts at a rate where it's... still edible and not just a pool of milk. You go here when you don't want to drive too far for ice cream. Only sad part isthat they had kinder chocolate as a special topping and I only got two squares of the four squares that exist in a bar. In addition to the food, the place is always clean and the staff is super friendly. I?ve never been inthere when the staff wasn?t very pleasant and welcoming. I was once a hired worker at Over the Top Waffle Shoppe. I worked for six months as a cashier and regular employee. After much... experience and work, I have a few points to make about the shop. Environment: The environment of the shop itself is very cleanand pristine. I enjoy the colorful imagery. Each image promote the ice cream they were serving. Food: The ice cream is easilysome of the best ice cream I have eaten in years. The service was the top priority of the employees. Employees: Although theyare rough sometimes, I enjoyed working with them. They were friendly to the customers. However, only a few were friendly to meas an employee.
