The grilled pork vermicelli was horrible. Pork was too salty and not actually grilled. Seasoning was not good, didn?t taste like... authentic Vietnamese food. I got the Lychee Green tea, I would say it?s just average. Nothing worth coming back for. Read more
I have lunch with my bestie at Om Nom Cafe today. Nice ambiance and good food. We got 2 banh mi, beef & pork, all fresh and... flavorful that we finished all before taking any picture. It?s our first time coming and we didn?t know about their no outsidefood & drink policy, so we accidentally brought our drinks from the next door coffee shop. After bringing the food to our table,the staff nicely informed us about their policy applied for the next time, and assured us it was ok for this time. I think it?salright, any business has their own rule and this policy is actually very common right now. After finishing the lunch, Idecided to try their lychee tea with lychee fruit and it?s so refreshing, not too sweet for my preference (I took regularsweetness and ice). Drinks are filled with ice Starbucks style, look at the picture. I've actually come multiple times, and every time, the drinks... were filled to the brim with ice. Drinks are very sweet in my opinion. If you have a sweet tooth, this might be the place foryou. Heads up, you cannot bring any outside food. It's a VERY strict policy. Being watched by the workers makes the vibeuncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this place because of the bad vibe created by the owner. I love dining out, with customerservice being as important to me as is the product. The product at om nom is ok, but the customer service is unacceptable. Iposted a rating yesterday and received a nasty nasty response from the owner. Please read through the 1 and 2 star reviews andthe responses from the owner. It's clear the person running this business does not know what customer service is and how tovalue you, the customer. Initially I had give this place a 2 star review, but I had to update this review because of howhorrible I was spoken to. Whoever owns this business, customers are entitled to their opinions. Cozy environment with fresh food and yummy drinks. Their Sandwiches are packed with flavor. I like the beef one because it has a... good juicy flavor to it. The spring rolls are perfect too. One of our favorite local fusion Asian cafes @omnomcafe.rtx has fresh Vietnamese Banh Mi, Boba Drinks and Snacks has awesome... fusion flavors! We enjoyed the Korean fusion beef bulgogi dishes as well as the simple vietnamese flavors and amazing drinkssuch as vietnamese iced coffee, brown sugar milk and berry limeade! Definitely a nice little cafe ambience with yummy heartydishes. Happy to have found this place! Always looking for good vegetarian options. The tofu and rice was on point ???? Also got hot... jasmine green tea with honey, a smoothie, as well as vietnamese iced coffee. All 3 were better than I expected. My girlfriendsaid the coffee was less sweet than other vietnamese coffee which we both liked. Definitely will be going back here when I can! Read more
Loved the Grilled Pork Banh Mi & the Wings! I have no idea what sauce that is but it was delicious and the wings were CRISPY as... they should be! Definitely recommend ???? Then to wash down everything down with a Peach Tea with Peach Chunks just makes it allthe better. Will definitely be back and can?t forget about the great customer service. Thanks! Read more
