If there is a zero or no star,I will give to this restaurant, I ordered through uber eats and a tasteless uncooked fish... peppersoup was delivered! Blood in the fish was so bad This is pure poison! The ayamase is tasteless and bad! They are now serving out of their home which is a little strange but I was craving egusi soup and wanted to try it. I spent $30... on just soup and 2 swallows no meat. The soup had no spinach, it was something off about the taste, not like at Komchop. Idk Itwas not that good. Read more
This was my first time ordering from this place and wanted to give it a try based on that reviews. I ordered via Uber Eats and... this was the worst experience I’ve had with a restaurant on Uber Eats. I ordered at 6:55pm and my order should have arrived at7:35pm. The time for the delivery changed to 7:45pm. At 7:45pm, I received a call telling me they didn’t have two of the itemsthat I ordered available. Eventually the Uber Eats driver left and my order was updated to be ready by 8:15pm. Another driverarrived at 8:15pm and my order changed from someone picking up my food to it being prepared and would not be ready by 8:40pm. Atthis point, I called UberEats and cancelled my order and received a full refund. It’s unacceptable that I was contacted almostan hour after the initial the order to be notified that certain items were unavailable. It’s also unacceptable that afterwaiting for over 1.5 hours, my order status changed from it being picked up back to my food was being prepared. This is not howyou run business and you should be upfront with your customers. Read more
