Way too slow to be considered fast food. I have, on two occasions, had to exit the drive-thru line because of the slowness.
Check your receipt before you drive away from the payment window. They?ve read out my order right, but rung it up slightly... different twice now - making it a few dollars more. Stopped by to get my daughter a Quarter Pounder With Cheese (Plain), and they got our order right. Got to the window and asked... if their ice-cream machine was working, guys lo and behold- it was working!!! So I got my daughter an ice-cream cone, she wasjoyous!! No lines, quick service! Read more
Bad customer service and also lazy personnel working at this location who clearly don?t care. For a brand new location they?re... getting slower and worse at doing their jobs correctly. Orders take forever or are wrong. Also this location does NOT do well onthe mobile app, between wrong hours and being deliberately difficult so you can?t use the deals. I watched the manager Veronica for mo this be rude and mean to a guy who came in to buy breakfast every morning only after she... found out he was homeless. Not begging the customers not loitering but spending money to try and enjoy his meal only for herwhole attitude towards him to change. To be a witness to this type of scrutiny and unfair judgment is very disheartening.Mentally it?s hard to come here and order food knowing these are the type of cruel heartless people employed st one of Americasfavorite fast food places.
