Bad service, bad store. I asked for balloons on my cookie cake and they did not draw anything. The writing was not even... straight. Looked like a baby?s work. Horrible store. Do not recommend. I placed my order on Door Dash. The order pickup time stated the order would be ready in 14 mins and it gave a time for pickup.... I received a called about 5 mins before pickup saying the cookie I ordered was not available and if I would like a substitute. Imade the change. I arrived to pick up my order at the time stated. The lady was very nice and asked for my name. She proceededto alert the ?owner? or ?manager? that I was here to pickup. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to arrive at the time statedon Door Dash and this order was delayed. At this point, I was confused to what he was speaking of. I asked him if something wassent to my email stating my order was delayed. He proceeded to say ?you guys are always arriving early to pick up orders and weare very busy. You need to arrive at the time stated?. Although the order is ready, we are very busy. Again, I asked him if thisnotification was sent me delaying the order? If the order is ready, what is the issue. I told him that I am a customer and not aDoor Dasher! He then proceeded to apologize and said that on Door Dash it doesn?t tell them if they are a customer or not.Regardless of being a customer, he was rude, unprofessional, and showed extremely poor service. Door Dasher or customer, no oneshould be talked to in that manner. As I arrived back to my car, the only notification I received was that my order was readyfor pickup at the time originally stated! Incompetent. I placed a order for a birthday on July 31. I came in today on August 1 to pick up the order, and there was NO... history of the order even being made. The employee stood there with a blank look on his face when I told him about the order. Ihad to make another order, in person, leave, and come back to get it. It's not difficult people. The guy running the place was so rude and unfriendly. It really seemed like he hated his job. Not a fun experience at all. It... should be a good time getting ice cream and cookies. This store needs some serious business help. I tried reaching the store literally all day today. The phone kept ringing to... someone's cell phone voicemail where you couldn't leave a message as the mailbox was full. When I did finally reach someone at2:40PM, they answered the phone "hello" as oppose to saying the business name. After getting over that hurdle, I then askedabout ordering a cookie cake. I was told they cannot take orders over the phone and it must be done via their website or inperson. That is just fine; I will take my business elsewhere.
