If I could give a no star that's what this location deserves. Service is horrible, no one answers the phone and when your pizza... is supposed to be ready at a certain time, it's usually at a later time. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. Read more
My review use to be 5 stars 3 years ago. Then I changed it to 4 a year ago. Now I'm so done with this Little Caesars. Over the... past year they always ALWAYS miss the stated pick-up window by 45-90 minutes. This location has been plagued with issues, fromconstantly being understaffed, to staff shutting off the lights hours early and sleeping in the back (yes we see you backthere), to flat out "losing" an order after 60 minutes of wait. Waited 15 minutes past the pick up time ( after telling them I was there and they said it would be 5 minutes) then he went to... the warmer used for deliveries and got my pizza. I asked him if my pizza was there the whole time and he said yes and sorry. Recommend this place to people who have time to waste !!! Read more
Horrible experience at this location. My brother and I ordered a large cheese pizza and a large Chicago meat lover pizza that... was order online ahead of time. The window given was 2:48pm-2:53pm and we arrived 2:55pm to wait an additional 20 minutes forthem to cook the food. I would understand if they were busy, but they only had one customer waiting that was in the samesituation we were in. Once we received the pizza it was wrong. We received a large cheese pizza and a small lunch special pizzaand then my brother told them the order was wrong. They then made another small lunch special to try to compensate for the otherside of the large Chicago size pizza and this took additional 25 minutes. Now we been at the location for 45 minutes with 2pizza that are COLD because they didn't do the order correctly. I'll never go back to this location. This place needs to teachemployees about service. What happened? I really enjoyed a delicious deep dish from Little Caesar's but this last one was more similar to a high school... cafeteria round pizza. A great deep dish has the perfect dough and crunch on the edges. This one just had a lot of dough. Whenwe asked about the strange shape, the employee said"that this is how we make them." We then showed them their advertised pictureand they kept with "that's how we bake it." We also got a thin crust (really a regular pizza) with half cheese and halfpepperoni. That was better, but a little oily. However, I liked the cheese pizza with the Italian seasoning on top. Anotherissue is the inside of the restaurant was dirty. I want this place to succeed, but management needs to step up their game, traintheir employees, and pay them better. I would be willing to pay more for a better pizza experience. There is almost always something when I go to this location. This time was no different. I got there at 21:49. They close at... 22:00. The lights and open sign were on. As soon as we walked inside the two young men who worked there ran to the back. Weheard the woman whom I assume was the manager tell them to tell us that they were closed. One if them walked up and said "Weclose at 21:50, I mean 22:00. I told him that it wasn't 22:00 yet. He huffed out a sigh and stumped to the back. The woman thenwalked up and asked what I wanted. Just like that. I gave my order and told them that I'd wait in my truck. Once the food wasdone the young man who said that they closed at 22:00 waved me over. He ki d of shoved the food at me and when I thanked him hedidn't respond. Once I got home I saw that the food was crazy. Crazy as in the pizza slices were cut irregularly and the wereslices that didn't have cheese. I didn't think to snap a photo until after my kids had eaten but decided that I needed to leavea review.
