Today I went to eat with my family in this place that I liked so much and today the first chicken was given to me raw, then to... make up for the fault they gave me a second service and the chicken was old and refried. They were out of some types of chicken and the tables were dirty. The food wasn't terrible, but it was kind of disappointing.
I went @8:45pm ordered a family meal, it was poorly made. The mac & cheese was all water down, and the chicken tasted so old and... stale. I asked the manager that was there if they had dessert or fries and he said there was nothing left only chicken mac &cheese and mashed potatoes. The service was very very poor! How is this KCF even still running? They either close early, some miracle they are out of chicken or no one wants to take your... order. I rarely go to KFC and every now and then I try and it's the same issue. Quit if you hate your job Read more
It was ok at best. The chicken was almost burned and dry. The poor chicken tenders that were once amazing. They were battered... with the same batter as the chicken are now frozen tenders with almost no taste. On the flip side the employees and staff areincredibly nice and friendly. Friendly staff. Food was great. It was interesting to see their chicken was locally sourced from Seguin, TX (displayed on a... chalkboard). They have hot Nashville-style chicken and boneless options. I did not have to wait a long time as some peoplementioned, but freshly fried stuff takes time. This location is never busy. Read more
First time at this location. I ordered a 12 piece grilled all dark. Told they did not have enough prepared would be a 30 minute.... So I went over to Walmart. When I returned my order was ready. Got home chicken was not cooked throughly and my order was notall dark. I called and a young lady took my name and number the manager was busy. Three hours later still no call. I call backand was able to speak with another manager. She tells me that I would have to bring the chicken back in order to get a refund.I tell her that I do not live close by. But again she tells me they need the chicken returned. This is totally ridiculousespecially since they can't do nothing with the chicken. Called back on 12/6 spoke with a lady manager. I was told that is myOPINION that chicken was uncooked. Again told I would have to come in with chicken and receipt. I don't live close to thelocation and I threw chicken away.
