Got the 2 ultimate loaded breakfast sandwiches for $7. They even scrambled the eggs; delicious.
The girl at the intercom wouldn't pay attention and kept messing up the order. I had to repeat and correct my order many times.... It wasn't a language issue. She even tried to charge me something I didn't ask for. I complained repeatedly to have itremoved. Got to the window and waited for a long, long time. The order comes and it's wrong. More waiting. Get home, and thetomato and lettuce are very hot and limp in the sandwich. Not fresh at all. Plus the order is still wrong. My son got the spicychicken sandwich and it had gone bad. The chicken wasnt edible, it had gone bad. My son is now throwing up and has terriblestomach pain. Never going back. Read more

Tiny tacos!!! The staff here is so friendly. We?ve been annoying them in the drive thru and they tolerate us too well. I read... some of the other reviews and I really wish people would be more patient with fast food employees. We usually have to pull up towait for our order, but it never takes too long and the staff sends us off with a smile. I?ve never seen the drive through linelong. I?m thankful for this location. We came in today for our lunch break and had probably the poorest experience in a Jack in the Box ever. There was no one to... greet us or take our order. All the lady's in the kitchen just looked at us standing at the counter for almost 10 mins. Whensomeone finally came to take our order it was very difficult to place our order. Seems as if she was unfamiliar with the menu orspecials. I amlost had to come over the counter and touch the picture of what I wanted. Once she figured out what I wanted Irealized she didn't know how to use the cash register. She yelled for help I believe in Spanish then walked to the drivethruregister and came back with a total. She then proceeded to take my bank card completely out of my view around the corner to thedrivethru register. I also believe she tricked me into getting a medium combo by saying they only had medium or large. Once Ipaid I proceeded to get my drink. The freestyle coke machine which was in desperate need of a wipe down or cleaning only had 2flavorsor drinks. I am not a fan of Mellow Yellow or Caffeine free coke so I waved down an employee and asked if they could helpme with a dr pepper. They walked behind the counter with my cup and came back to say they were out. The employee then yelled forI believe a manager in a red shkrt out of her office. She met us at the counter and appeared bothered that she had to leave heroffice. She then walked away to fix the freestyle machine. I just wanted a dr pepper since my food was already on the countergetting cold. Went she returned she had about 12 or so cartridges for the coke machine and said it was gonna take awhile. Wecould tell she was having unaware of how to replace cartridges in the coke machine. I then asked for a refund cause both my foodwas cold and I could not wait any longer to get the drink I paid for.
