I ordered online for lunch. They didn't make my order as instructed. So I contacted the location. The manager is very... professional. Eventually, the owner was involved, and he made the mistake right. The food here is great, and so is the service.I will definitely be a regular customer. Came in today (6/23) around 1:40 pm for the first time. I wish I got the guys name who helped me because he was great! Made it... easy going down the line for the first time. I?d probably describe it as the chipotle of gyros. Plenty of options to customizeto your liking. Overall I found the flavors to be really good. Food quality was great and the portions on par with pricing. Onething the guy did that was commendable was actually draining the liquids before putting it in the rice bowl. Well we don't hold back... people that follow us know this is true... We would have given a better review because the food and... flavors were awesome... But the girl with the blue hair who was serving us was rude and very disrespectful... So we probablywill not return... A word of advice to the girl serving... Food is fantastic. Definitely my local go to for lunch since every other fast food franchise taste went south after Covid and... probably due to inflation. Taste wise, the aroma is not as strong Gyro King but its tasty. The Gyro meat is well done aswell. I'm also honestly glad that the owner didn't FORCE his/her employees to wear masks...which is like a revolution conceptnowadays sadly. I like workers to have the right to chose. What I ordered: Pita with Gyro meat, lettuce, onions, cucumber and white sauce (akin to Tzatziki, but mayo-based instead of... yogurt) Fries Drink *Service* Take out *Meal type* Dinner Price per person $10 - $15 Gyro Republic is a neat little place inthis strip mall area. I wanted something a bit lighter for dinner and decided to try this place out! I was helped by a gentlemanin a grey shirt, who I have to assume was either the shift manager or manager of the store. He was very friendly, and seemed tobe training the younger folks. The Gyro I got was excellent, loaded with meat and toppings. The white sauce was a finesubstitute for Tzatziki. You can add a drink + fries for $3, which I do not recommend doing. My biggest complaint lies withthe fries (pic included). I wanted to order fries to round out my meal, but I learned when I got home that the Gyro by itself(in pita sandwich form) was plenty of food. I am 99% certain that they were supposed to be seasoned with fry seasoning, but themanager forgot to throw some on. One or two fries had a slight dash of what I have to assume was the fry seasoning, but overallthe fries were mushy and tasteless. I did have to wait to get the fries, as they are made fresh. This would probably matter ifthe fries actually tasted good, but my waiting was in vain. The drink was small, and unless you are eating at the restaurant Iwould not recommend getting the drink. I would probably go back if I wanted a quick Gyro, but I would not get the fries ordrink again. Would definitley recommend getting either the Gyro or bowl! Read more
