The restaurant apparently changed owners, Happy You you was our favorite place to go, but this last visit...we found out the... hard way that it wasnt the same food we were expecting. The chicken was dry, chewy and awful. the crab rangoons were greaselogged and only cream cheese (no crab) the dumplings were watery and slimey like they were frozen and microwaved. we ended upleaving our entire order on the table. it was very disappointing. So disappointed in this place. We have been loyal customers for 4 yrs. We ordered from them last night and it will be our last.... The chicken was dry and soggy like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hrs. There was almost no sauce at all on thechicken. The fried rice was very bland and a lot of it was dried out. This place use to be amazing! Everything tasted fresh andwas full of flavor! Now, I don't know what happened. New management or new owner maybe? Whatever the change was, was bad. Bothmyself and my wife have been very sick since eating the food from here last night. I very much believe we got food poisoningfrom this place. I don't know what happened or if their under new management or what, but the last time we went is going to be our last. Been... going for two years and the food has been consistent and amazing. Looks like they have changed ownership and is no longer the same quality. I have been eating at Happy You You for over 8 years... but no longer. The vegetables were all frozen and heated up. The menu is completely different. It?s now just one of the many(way too many unfortunately) cheap low quality Chinese food places in the area. Read more
Was hoping to find a place we could order regularly from! But save your money. This is not the place. Food was very bland. Not... much flavor. We ordered a lot of food that?s now sitting on my table. Pot stickers had a nice sear from the pan. Ordered thespare ribs. But they were cut up already not on bone. A little odd. Fried rice didn?t have much flavor. Noodles weren?t good.They had an odd color to them. Maybe a new chef? This was our first time ordering here. We love Chinese food but this was adisappointment. Fried chicken wings were fantastically huge, General Ts chicken was a little on the sweet side but plentiful with fried rice and... tasty egg roll and Dr pepper. Never had it delivered, I know if you eat there you get a very large portion...so go dine in. Read more
