This is the worst Chick-fil-A I?ve ever experienced. Because it is so close to my house, I keep going back and hoping that... things will be better but sadly they never are. It should not take 25 mins to get through the drive thru line. They do not havepeople outside taking orders or bringing food out to help the line move faster. I regret it every time I come to this location.It is worth it to drive 2 exits down to the next Chick-fil-A. Read more

Yesterday morning I was in. The drive thru before work to get breakfast as I do maybe twice a week at this location. Paid with a... debit card, the lady at the window hands me my receipt wrapped around my card or at least I though was my card. Then I get myfood and head to work. After work I need my card to paid for something and couldn?t find it. I looked everywhere but there was arandom Chick fila card in my wallet. Today I went back this morning to get my kids breakfast not thinking they could possiblyhave my card. I called the number on the receipt and asked if they had it and they did. I went back to get it but there was noapology or anything. The excuse was maybe she was just confused. Smh, had this happened to someone else I?m sure it would be anissue. It?s a major issue for me. Drive through took 30 minutes. I went back again at a different time, still took 30 minutes. My wife went through the drive... through, 35 minutes!? Increase your drive through efficiency! Sorry guys, but this has been the slowest Chic-Fil-a I?ve everbeen too. Enough to where I?m not coming back. Read more

I waited 25 minutes for my order to brought out to my car. After 10 minutes of waiting, I called the restaurant and let them... know that I have arrived and have been sitting in the designated parking spot for a while. The person who answered the phonestated that he is about to start on my order. Then I waited another 15 minutes for my food to be ready. I wasted my entirelunch break waiting for my food because your employees chose to serve the drive-thru and walk-in customers first. I was the onlyperson/car sitting in any of the curbside parking spots. The drive thru line was not long and there were only 5 or 6 cars in theparking lot that were already there when I arrived. During this waiting period I counted 3 "pickup" customers go in and walk outwith their food. When I finally received my food, there was no apology from the employee, I expressed that I have been waitingfor over 20 minutes and the lady told me to have a good day and walked away. After looking at my order, I noticed that I did nothave straw for my drink, nor did I receive the avocado lime ranch dressing for the Cool Wrap I ordered. I could no longer waitfor Chick-fil-a because I had to drive back to work in a hurry. Highly disappointed & dissatisfied. Read more

Never been a chick Fil A fan because I just do NOT understand all the "hoop-laa" over some over priced chicken! However, I made... a decision to get food & thought if I order on the app it might be quicker!? NOPE!! I waited for what seemed like an hour but itwas really 10 minutes for this over priced food! Y?all need to fix the pick up procedures for third party deliveries or make sure the crew is paying attention. The crew doesn?t... pay attention to the third party parking and we end up waiting too long. There?s been a few times where I?ve had to wait 15 minor more. And the food comes back cold. Most of the time we have to go in and let people know we are there. How does this makefor a smoother transaction? Read more
