I asked for the 10 traditional wings bundle and my waitress said the offer is no longer available, so I had to buy my wings and... French fries separately, I ended paying more! My wings came cold, and I can only have 5 wings per flavor not less than 5, Iwanted 7 lemon pepper and 3 Buffalo, but I ended up getting 5 & 5. I will never go there again. Read more

I order online and payed $73+ The entire order was a disappointment: Large Fries missing, I payed for 6 ranch only received 3,... and the worse part the wing we over cooked. I really couldn't believe it, I should have read the reviews before I came here. I came in and stood there for around 5 minutes... and they probably had two tables eating, and plenty of staff yet they didn't acknowledge me. So I stood at the pickup table andthey asked me what I wanted to order, I told them I wanted to sit down and eat and she told me to sit where I want. I sat downand clear sight next to the other tables that were eating, and was completely ignored for 20 minutes I wasn't offered a drinkmenu or anything and they looked right at me multiple times. I walked out straight past three employees one that looked likemanagement, and they said absolutely nothing to me they just let me leave. So I place an order for lemon pepper wings to go and tell them I'll be in the bar waiting. They never come get me. When I check... in, my food has been ready, no one told me. Then once I eat my wings, I taste what seems like a whisper of flavor to plain friedwings. Such a disappointment.
