I ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich, it was terrible. Several slices of almost frozen turkey folded and stuffed in one end... of the bun, bacon too and lettuce. Smothered in white glop, maybe mayo, that made a sloppy mess. I would have taken it back ifI had the chance. Been a Tims fan for years, not here though. Read more
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! THEY HAD TO MAKE MY SANDWICH 3 TIMES AND I ASKED FOR A BLT! THEN COMPLETELY FORGOT TO MAKE MY DRINK.... I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN. TO ADD MY BACON ISNT EVEN COOKED! THE OWNERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! Edit, I went back againbecause I had raw bacon on my sandwich and the SUPERVISOR looks at me and yells seriously in my face! This Tim Hortons, is the dirtiest I have ever been in. Table are not wiped, floor is not cleaned and flies and bees run rampart... thru the place. I have contacted Tim Hortons thru email, and got the response " We will notify the manager" ... Nothingchanged. Customer service is poor, I waited in line for almost 5 mins, while 7 people served the car in the drive thru. Thebathroom is a disgrace, with dirty bathroom tissues flung all over the place... I have added some photos I took in the past fewweeks, at the "bench" seats. I have often wanted a donut, but then I saw a couple of flies, landing on the donut, that I quicklychanged my mind. Should we call the Health Inspector? I would not recommend this Tim Hortons to my worse enemy. Read more
Worst owner, worst management. If somebody has to leave due to an emergency, the owner doesn?t wants to pay them the full week... salary. One star is too much for the whole team. The owner and management is just way too mean and clever. Read more
This location is awful. You get in. You are first in line. It takes a long time to one of the 8 people working here to take your... order. The lady took my order with with sauce all over her gloves. She got my money, grana and gave me the coins wearing thesame gloves. Coins has sauce on it. She went back to prepare food with the same gloves on. I though the gloves were to keep ourfood clean. The place is dirty and smells. Be careful the flies might carry you out of this place. Really, really dirtyplace. If I could rate a zero, that would be too good for them, I asked for 20 timbits, chocolate and honey dip and an apple fritter, I... got the apple fritter immediately and then when I was handed the 20 pack of timbits, there were 12 of them, and they wereassorted. I got 2 chocolate and 1 honey dip, this is nothing like what I ordered. I am never coming to this place ever again,the staff were too busy talking to each other, there were flies all over the place, the owners should really be ashamed of thestaff they have working at this location. I've worked at several tim hortons over the years and not even the slightest care isgiven here. And donuts have gone up by a quarter, so you're better off going to literally any other donut shop for donuts, go tostarbucks or second cup for coffee, if you want a sandwich, go to subway and if you want soup go to the store. There is noreason to enter this location. You are better off never having experienced this. Read more

Just moved to Richmond.But this Tim's is the worst I ever visited. One star is one too much! The staff have NO CLUE! Staff do... not have any idea how to do an order, or what the menue is or includes, no training done here , or are they just Wrongcandidates for job. Manager would rather Argue with you than solve the issue. Very dirty environment. Should be inspected byHealth Department. Very disappointing! Read more
