The service is very good. They are very kind and nice. The food is good and cheap. I went there and got about 30 dollars worth... of food for 5 people. It took so long. About 30 minutes. Overall this place is very clean. I would recommend. Read more

We ordered 2 Crunchwrap Supremes and a crunchy taco with jalapeño sauce and hot and mild sauce. The Crunchwrap supremes were... very flat and were missing the bulk of their ingredients. The taco was only half filled with meat and was very greasy and soggy.They also forgot our hot and mild sauce. Read more

Terrible and rude. I used to love this taco bell but not anymore. I ordered a chicken burrito and they only put 3 little pieces... of chicken in it. I took it in being polite because accidents happen and I've worked in food so I know how it is. The girls inthe back were so rude and saying that if I want extra I have to pay for extra. They just kept gossiping like children. Veryunprofessional. I told them to look at it because there's only a few little pieces. They end up remaking it the same way. I justgave up because I don't want the stress of dealing with their terrible customer service today. I will not be back to this oneagain. 8/20/22 @ 7:20pm. Read more

So extremely angry with this Taco Bell.. A manager was making my order, when the district manager YELLED through the restaurant... that she wanted to have a meeting with all the managers. The manager making my order just simply walked away...left my foodsitting there UNFINISHED. Another employee EVENTUALLY walked over and finished my order. Get home to find my taco only hadmeat... NO CHEESE, NO LETTUCE. The chips and cheese I ordered was pitiful. The CHIPS ARE STALE, and the CHEESE was less thanHALF way FULL. My husband ordered BEAN BURRITOS, and they gave him RICE and BEEF !!!! How is this possible??? The districtmanager was on the floor, and multiple other managers were on the floor, AND NOT ONE OF THEM CARED ABOUT PRODUCT QUALITY ORCUSTOMER SERVICE OR MANAGING THEIR STAFF... $15.00 ORDER AND NOT ONE , NOT ONE, ITEM WAS CORRECT OR EDIBLE...AND THIS WAS THEBEST 'ALL' OF THE MANAGERS ARE CAPABLE OF. THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND ALL STORE MANAGERS NEED TO BE FIRED..... The girl on register was really nice, and helpful. However I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and 5 chicken Chipotle melts. I had... to return 3 out of the 5 because there was two tiny pieces of chicken and a generous amount of cheese. Now I know restaurantsare trying to cut back due to food cost. But come on Taco Bell you could have done better than that. They replaced the 3 chickenmelts. Two of the three replaced was a little better, but the third one looked as of they just handed me back one of the ones Ireturned. I'm not one to normally complain. I get it. Worked in food industry myself before. However the two pieces of chickenon it wasn't even big enough to taste. It was more of a cheese wrap. If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. But i cant so I give them 1 star. Around 1:15 to 2AM on December 30th I went to... Taco Bell to use my customer satisfaction coupon given to me from Taco Bell corporate. Informing them of my coupons and placingmy order they originally denied me the chance to use my coupons until they saw them.I received my food I paid for one rice andbean burrito And used my ?two free item coupon? for two crunch wraps. Upon opening my crunchwrap to eat, I noticed that themeat was only put on half of the crunch wrap and was less product than what is advertised. I called the store with no answer tolet them know what happened and returned to the store shortly after to ask if they could remake it because of the reasons listedabove. I was told by an employee, my food was indeed made correctly and it was and adequate amount of meat and there wasnothing they will do about it. I asked for my receipt and the managers name and they denied me that and threatened to call thepolice unless I left. Read more
