Workers are lazy and rude. You have to try to get their attention. When you get in line, they act like they don?t see you and... continue their conversation with each other. Always act like their machines are down. The list goes on. Who is in charge ofhiring there? You guys can?t be that desperate for workers. Until they hire better workers who wants to WORK. Go to the otherStarbucks. If management can?t handle it and hire great workers just take it out of Kroger. Read more
Shouldn't even have 1 star. I went in to get a drink and the little girls behind the desk wouldn't aknowledge me. It was twenty... minutes before closing and when they finally.said something it was to tell me the closed down all their machines already. Rudeand lost my business. Read more
I am definitely not a fan. Ordered a reg coffee years ago, it was terrible!!! This was way before covid. I am in awe that people... pay a war price for there coffee and especially ice coffee. I have never been back. Each to his own. Read more
Line was really long. Took my entire 30 minute lunch to get through the line. Due to the way the parking lot is set up, you... can't exit the line once in it either, which caused me to be late returning to my shift. They had to remake the drink as wellbecause they didn't put any coffee in it. Read more
