When you first pull up to order they had the radio way to loud that they couldn't even hear your order. They brought out the... order and it was half wrong and the meat was cooked too much and the onion rings was part burnt. For the money it cost no Iwouldn't go back. Read more

For someone to hang up on a customer that just found someone?s gum, that... came the mouth of someone from your store, to be hung up on twice and lied too, and told ?there was only 2 managers on shift?and so it couldn?t PoSsIbLy been either of you. Wrong. Your both gross and need to be fired if your actually both managers onshift because you know your not supposed to be chewing gum, and the other one let you talk like that to a customer - either wayyou throw this down it?s 100% wrong and disgusting. My friends just went here and after eating the top of their tots noticed some green stuff all over in the box and on the other... tots. Realized it was gum that had been fried with the tots. They immediately called and spoke with the manager that only had tooffer that it was them and one other manager working and neither of them were chewing gum...Okay??? And??? Another employeeearlier could of dropped it in the oil and it could of been sitting there in the fryer until it finally came up in my friendstots. Whatever the situation it came out of your fryer, your restaurant. Instead of trying to fix the situation like offerrefund or new food the "managers" just hung up on them twice! Bad management, poor restaurant. All corporate can say is it's afranchise call that manager for that sonic...Better to spend your hard earned money at a 24 hour grocery store and pop thosefrozen tots in your oven at homel!!! I swear everytime I come here something goes wrong. Food is never right 5 out of 5 times. (This was my last shot at this... location). Food was wrong even when they asked me like 5 times over the speakers. Once I came and the employee didnt give me theright change and when I politley asked the girl, she walked away with an attitude and said I was lieng. Review!!! We are here at sonic Richmond, Ky just ordered bacon egg toaster and tater tots the sandwich was cold full of grease it wasn?t... toasted and tater tot?s cold. My husband got foot long chili hog with onion rings but gave him tater tots. He ask up size largestill brought him small! So we sent our stuff back to fix right the girl brought bacon egg toaster back you could tell samefixing on it and bread was not toasted on inside at all or cheese was not melted. My sister, best friend & I eat at our local Sonic at least 3 times a week and every time its the same Sonic employee working the... window. This lady is extremely rude, not friendly at all, she actually never speaks one word besides telling us our total. Alsowhen we pay for extra toppings, we don't get them - we actually get less. It took nearly an hour just for us to get our food; cars pulled in, ordered, ate, and left before we even got our food. Then... when we finally got it, half of our order was missing and half of the food we got wasn't even correct.
