Man, I haven't been here in a while. Our server was wonderful. But, the food has gone down hill. The rolls were stale. And the... chicken tenders have changed so much and I was not impressed. Place used to be pretty decent 5+ years ago. $12.00 chicken tender meal down below. Trash.

We stopped in on our way home from vacation. I got the chicken tender nachos and let me say? they were horrible. They looked... NOTHING like the picture. The chips were ridiculously stale and cut my gums. There were so jalapeños that the whole plate wascovered and way too spicy ( I love spicy and it was too much) the chicken was far and few between. It was just bad. My husbandsfood was messed up and they ran out of crab after we ordered. The waitress was nice so that was a positive. Over all the foodwasn?t good. And the bread - which usually is a safe bet - was overdone. Definitely a bummer. Read more

Stopped in O'Charley's restaurant in Richmond. A few patrons scattered about. We were seated in Tiffany's section. I ordered the... Southern Fried Chicken which came with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli. My husband ordered the chicken tenders meal whichcame with Mac and cheese and grilled asparagus. It took quite a while for our food to be prepared. The yeast rolls were HOT ANDFRESH. The best part of the dinner! Tiffany ate her food in another section of dining room while we waited and waited. Anotherserver brought our food out. Chicken and sweet potatoes were hot. The chicken was drizzled with honey. They had placed a napkinunder sweet potato dish.. which soaked up honey. Broccoli was COLD!! Would I order again. NO!! My husband's chicken tenders andasparagus were good! Mac and cheese was COLD!!! Tiffany never ask about our meals at all. First visit and blown away! We had the amazing Herb, and he was the best server/waiter we've had in a while. He has the best... laugh, joked with us and our kids, and made us feel very comfortable. I love this place! Delicious food and good service always!! It sometimes takes a while for the food to come out or to get... service due to the short staffing issues that most places are having due to COVID-19 but they some how make it work out anyways.Thank you for the wonderful service and the best catfish lol I really love the catfish here it's not overly battered like someplaces do. It's seasoned perfectly as well! Bur we come here a lot as a family and never have issues getting seated so that's aplus as well. Read more
