Terrible. The lady who took my order was great. The food was terrible cold fries, big Mac buns hard on sides, the meat patties... were cold, and the lady at the pick up window told me they were out of salt when I asked. Won't be back to this Richmondlocation for quite a while. Read more
Was missing an order of fries. . Caught it at the window, when told staff was missing the man was very rude. Demanded our... receipt and proceeded to tell us they gave us what we payed for. He wouldn?t get the manager but made my husband get out and goin. This one man has caused a poor rating because of his very unprofessional attitude. If he had of spoken calmly and explainedthe fey was not on the receipt we would have been happy to pay for it. After talking to the manager it turned out to be therestaurants mistake because the staff taking the order did not order as a meal but individual and left off the order of fries. Read more
They try really hard to satisfy customers, working at a fast food restaurant can be kind of chaotic. Breakfast time gets really... busy. I feel they don't get the credit that deserve. I give 5 stars to all of them. Read more
Nobody at the counter. Stood in line at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone. Then waited forever probably 10 to15... minutes just to get my food. Pitiful. ##Update 2 weeks later. Went through drive thru as I didn't bring my flyswatter to goinside. Waited 15 minutes for a simple meal, nothing added or left off burgers. Watched as the manager would come out goingfrom car to car to see whose order she had. The whole time searching through the bag with her bare hands to see what was in eachbag. No gloves or anything. Not a germaphob, but really don't want someone digging through my food before handing it to me. Finally went inside and got my money back after watching everyone pull around me. Thank God there is a gas station next door ifyou have to wait long. I have set through construction on the interstate longer than it took to get my food. This McDonald?s ain?t the best. However, they have one of the best workers I?ve came in counters with. I don?t know his name but... he has tattoos up to his neck, and the guy is great. Genuine worker, with great attitude. Pulls through every time and makes thewait not so bad. 5 starred my experience. Read more
