Service is always great when you sit by the bar. I got the calendar and the wings are always good. We go about once a week but... the salads are iffy. The lettuce is brown or old. Need better salads. Floors are always sticky and manager is always notvisible. Girls are helpful. Read more
Service here is horrible. Tried a few times over the last year hoping we just hit on off days but nope still horrible. Food... isn?t that great anymore either and even with inflation prices are way too high! Has to be one of the worst places to eat. The food wasn't to bad but our service was terrible our server spent more time on... her phone then she did bringing our food. The other girls were rude I would not recommend this place maybe if they spent asmuch time taking care of there customers as they did on there phone it would be a good place. Read more
I don't know how or why this place is still in business. The food was horrible and way over priced 8.50 for 4 strips of rubbery... chicken. No fries or anything. Had a small beer on tap 4.50 and ordered 10 bone in Buffalo wings had no flavor except the greasethey sat in. The waitress was the only good thing about the experience. long hair red hair server/bartender was so rude and hateful I just wanted to walk out but was hungry and tired as it was around... 8:30.There were three tables including ours and two men at bar. At least 5-6 people working and maybe 8 customers so you wouldthink we would get personal service. The hostess who sat me was hateful also and did not want to seat me because my buddy was attheir front door finishing a smoke and she said she was not supposed to seat until everyone was there. Our horrible waitresstook our appetizer order for 10 wings and went into hiding until wings came out. She was kinda put off when she threw them onour table and said will there be anything else. So when I ordered my dinner I ask if they could put a rush on our order becauseshe never came back after putting in our appetizer order. She snapped and said it will do no good because it gets done when itgets done. She rudely corrected me when I ordered one of the items on the menu. They had a picture of a chicken sandwich and Ipointed at it and said I wanted it. She rudely said that was a make your own chicken sandwich and I had to tell her what Iwanted because she could not make it like the picture. I wish people like these would work in the kitchen or a factory becausethey should not be in the public if they don't like people. I have heard rumors that this place is closing and I now know why. So I asked for the shrimp to be cooked soft and that's why they got three stars! I also asked for the wings to be cooked for one... additional minute however they were not! They were rubbery which is why I don't usually eat them but if you ask them to cook itfor a minute longer they're good! However the cook decided to disregard that request for the wings ???? Read more
Service was good, it was Saturday night June 2021 and UFC was on.... They closed the kitchen at 8:45 and kicked the few people... that were there out at 9pm... What is going on at this spot!!??? Went inside at 11:55 pm (they close at 1 am). No one seated us or acknowledged us at all. Finally at 12:03 we seated ourselves.... At 12:06 a server finally came to our table and told us the kitchen already closed for the Night!! THEY CLOSE AT 1 AM! WHY WASTHE KITCHEN SHUT DOWN AN HOUR EARLY!?!?! We were ignored and then denied service. I called the lexington location and they saidthey close the kitchen at 12:45 am. That makes much more sense. Read more
