Service was great for all about a week. Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes waiting for ANYONE to respond, got nothing. Not... a soul in the drive thru or in the building eating but it took over 20 minutes to get 2 burgers, one of which was wrong. Isympathize with fast food employees but the lack of effort was ridiculous. Every single employee seemed high, everyone sluggingaround. I normally wouldn?t even take the time to write a review but this was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. There wasn?t a single otherpatron there, and it was mid day. There is no reason the service should?ve been this bad. They make the Steak & Shake staff looklike 5 star restaurant. Do better corporate. Read more

The Lexington Freddy?s is great. The Richmond Freddy?s is awful. Went there twice after they opened. One time they didn?t have... the lid for a large cup so they gave me a medium, despite already paying for a large, and the food was just okay. The secondtime my food was cold. They had just opened so I thought I?d wait and give them time to get it together. Went back today at11:30am and there was one car at the window, no one else in line, and I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes with no one takingmy order so I just drove away. Their screen at the speaker has been displaying the set up screen since they opened months ago. Ihighly doubt this location will be open for long if they keep going like this. Never again. Got me once, won't again. Worst $20 ever spent at a restaurant. Got 2 original burger combo's. They are a Steak n... Shake rip off. The smallest fries, burnt and hard and the burger was only an inch tall if that. The sweet tea tastes likesomeone poured it out of a bottle. Not going to sugar coat new things. I saw the other reviews about the long wait. They must have worked this out or we were there at a good time one. It was about... 1:00 when we got there. There were 4 or 5 cars ahead of us and it took about 15 or 20 minutes to order and get our food. I thinkthat's pretty good considering they make it fresh when you order. The food was hot and tasted great. The girl working the drivethrough was really nice too. Read more

The worst $25 we ever spent. We ordered a jalapeno burger meal and a cali burger meal with a chocolate and vanilla shake. We sat... in line over 40 minutes for cold sloppy food. We sat at the window and watched the kids play and eat around the food. Weunderstand the business is new and staff are training so we didn't mind the wait but we thought we was going to be worth it. Andto top it off the vanilla milkshake was busted on the bottom so we got home and had to clean out the drink holders cause it wascoated in milkshake. We woulda taken the food back but they were closed. Lesson learned. Read more
