Order a kids COLD ham & cheese sandwich $9 dollars. Had to go back in and was given a hard time because they warmed the... sandwich after I requested a cold sandwich.I asked to have a new one made and the employee was rude and wanted to debate with meabout the sandwich. Really went downhill. Ordered a steak and cheese for carry out. There was very little steak. They charge 60 cents to add... mushroom and there were maybe 3 mushroom pieces total. Also requested banana peppers and there were none on the sub. Justdisappointing an almost $10 sub is on a dry bread and no flavor due to undersized amount of ingredients. Firehouse is one of my favorite places but yesterday it was like the meat & cheese was just slapped on the bun in a rush. Half... of the meat,cheese, & tomatoes was hanging off the bread instead of on it! Then the bread was kinda dry! It was a mess for sure!There was no excuse for it because it wasn't that busy! I'm a firm believer in second chances ..with that being said...one moreshot at it real soon then we'll see if yesterday was just a bad day or if they get a worse review ???? Read more
