Ordered two calzones for take out, I was told that it would be 15 minutes. About 10 minutes later I was asked for my orders... name which I told them. There was another person waiting as well along with customers coming in and out to get their orders. About 35 minutes later I went to check on the order and the calzones were on the shelf waiting. I was never notified the orderwas ready and the calzones were warm and not hot. The employee just said sorry. He didn't try to make the situation betterwith a solution even after I said it had been awhile. I feel some kind of refund or coupon would have been given. Read more

Last time I ordered from here my order was completely wrong. I let it go because things happen, tried to order from them tonight... and apparently they can?t deliver to me because the drivers don?t have the ability to take a 100 dollar bill. Like I?m trying topay you but carrying 70 dollars in change is too much to ask I guess. I?m having a birthday party soon and was planning onhaving big city pizza cater but I can guarantee you I won?t be spending another dime with this company. I highly recommendApollo?s Pizza though! My family really enjoyed the pizza and cheese sticks here. I ordered online and the food was ready pretty much at the expected... time. The cashier was super nice and I heard him interact with other customers as well. Good job Big City Pizza, keep it tasty. Read more

This is THE best pizza place. We've tried many since living in Richmond, but this is the one. As a side note, our online order... was boggled and the clerk and manager fixed us up right. I appreciate the good service but I can't under-sale the quality ofthe pizza, calzone and appetizers. I'd give this more than a 10 if I had more digits. Read more

The atmosphere is good and the pizza is even better. They have some amazing aluminum cups that are 100% recyclable. Pretty good... stuff. Give it a try! You won't regret it. Read more

The pizza is so Delicious! Its better than any other pizza joint in town! But their BEER CHEESE! Ah man! That stuff is LIFE for... real!! They have like 4 different cheeses to choose from. I decided try Big City Pizza while traveling through Richmond. I had never eaten anything from Big City Pizza, but some of my... friends had and complimented their food. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly staff and a pleasant diningatmosphere. Since my favorite pizza is meatlovers, I placed a carry out order for a large The Bronx with a hand tossedcrust. The pizza was very delicious and reminded me of the pizza I had eaten while I was in the military in New York. Irecommend eating at Big City Pizza and plan on returning there in the near future. Walked in and was told my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked where it was at they said they messed it... up and were remaking it. They claimed it would only be a few more minutes. Finally 10-15 minutes later I got the pizza. Not tomention while I was waiting there was a dead roach on the floor. Will not be coming back! Read more
