I don?t know what?s changed mgmt. lack of caring employees?? All I know is we won?t be back to this location!! Last 2 times... foods been old and cold, tonight my husband and myself got instant stomach aches so best guess it?s old foot. Really two badstopped for lunch one day and tried the Philly cheese steak it was hot and delicious so how can food be so old and crappie 2weeks later??? I like Arby's...it was the Arby's food I wanted...I still get the super which isn't on the menu anymore and they are gracious to... make it for me...this is my regular Arby's store always friendly Read more

Have ate here many times and never had any issues. You can believe what you want about this review, though I have many reviews... under my belt and have never miss guided customers. 1st thing is the girl taking orders at the drive through "Eve" Had aattitude issue over the intercom. Her responses were short and abrupt. When I drove to the window to pay she was texting whilethe other were working. When I arrived home and started eating, the fries were so burnt like they had been cooked twice andwere hard as rocks. Ok well I still have the roast beef sandwich... And this is where the major issue happened. While eatingthe sandwich I bit into something very hard, with a sharp edge. At first I thought bone from the meat. I spit out the chewedmeat and saw a fingernail. I immediately got sick to my stomach and threw the sandwich away. I examined the fingernail and itwas peeled off and not cut with clippers. After the attitude from EVE I almost guarantee this bad meal was intentional. I havenever had to write this much about a company and just the bad fries would not have received this 1 star. I had to wait 25 mins for my food and by then the big burger buns were slimy and disgusting! The chocolate shakes didn?t even... taste like chocolate. U couldn?t even tell which one was vanilla from the chocolate. I was very disappointed with the foodquality. My small cheeseburgers bun was hard and stale!!! I will not be back!!! I spent a lot of money there for dinner and Ireally regret it!!!! Read more

The guy in the drive through who I'm pretty sure is the manager straight up lied to my face saying that the happy hour was no... longer a dollar I literally only go there during that time because it's cheap. Said that all of the items are now starting atdollar when it's posted on the menu that the items are a dollar happened twice I even checked the Arby's website to see if itchanged so the guy is just charging full price to make more profit for the store I assume but the guy either doesn't know whathe is doing or clearly is just overcharging. Truth be told that was not the best experience! When I pulled up the young man was talking on the phone or something he wasn't... really paying attention to me and the food was not up to par! One sandwich didn't have enough cheese and the other had shreddedmeat underneath the sliced meat. They say they have the meats but I would disagree! I won't be back ???? Read more

If I could rate 0 I would. I just got home from ordering a beef and cheddar sandwich and loaded fries. I got no cheese or any... type of sauce on my sandwich and my fries looked like someone threw up in a bowl and passed them off. But hey at least they gotmy drink right. Thanks for the great dinner my trash can enjoyed. Read more
