We are so thrilled to be living near this place. Went for the 1st time today. We preordered the "Feed Your Family" bundle.... Cannot wait. The deli is amazing and prices are good. Very busy all short handed but took care of everyone in a very polite and quick manner. So far I have not had anything but good... food. I only shop at Westside location. I even go out of my way to go to this location it is the original. I give them a hugethumbs up. Read more

Nice place. Good quality meats and selections.Employees are helpful and friendly. They offer a variety of meat bundles. Theres... also a lot of choices in fish and pre made meals to pick up on your way home from work! Some items can be a bit pricey, but theyare worth it!! Read more

Very helpful/attentive staff. I?m not sure about one review I read that said ?overpriced?...I?ve paid as much or more at the... big box groceries. Like that we can pick up great side dishes along with the main course. Smoked chops are great. Ribs weregreat. Tri-tip was ok, but that?s more a reflection on my unfamiliarity with smoking it. Liked the stuffed peppers as well. One thing I would change- the brisket cuts that we saw were massive. Need smaller options there. Read more

I give them a zero in customer service. This was my very first visit and also my last. The hours on the drive thru and the door... say they are open until 6:00 pm with a welcoming sign which said they can do anything through the drive thru. i proceeded tothe drive thru at 5:50 pm. The girl came to the window to wait on me. I asked her if they sold Smoked Gouda Cheese. Her responseto me was that Yes they do, but she had already broken down and cleaned the slicer. She was sorry but she could not sell me thecheese. I told her this was my first visit and I really wanted the Smoked Gouda giving her a second chance to give the properresponse. However, again she told me she was sorry. What she did not know was this was a BIG mistake. I have a slicer at home.She could have offered to slice a chunk of cheese with a knife and allow me to slice it myself. She did not. I think thecorrect thing to do for any business, but especially this small, locally owned business, would be to meet the customer needs upto the time the door is locked, by slicing the cheese. i understand that maybe her manager requires that the employees be goneby 6:00? This is not excellent customer service. I will continue to drive to Cutshaw's, where I have gone for years, which ison the other side of the county. Radfords is less than a mile from my house. if the owner reads this, I will let you know thisis huge business error. This trip was only for Gouda Cheese, but I drop large amounts of cash for large venues from time totime. First impressions count and this one failed. I like to support local, small owned business owners. However, because shenever made an attempt to even offer any other option made me feel undervalued as a customer. Consequently, I felt my businesswould be appreciated elsewhere. Read more
