Today was the first time I ate in a McDonald's in years. I had to ask if I was allowed to do so. I had a Big Mac Combo Meal,... which included French Fries and Diet Coke. It was good, and I was glad you can come in again. Read more
Food is okay. Usually fast service. The one bad thing at this McDonalds is the temp is always below freezing inside the dining... room. It is controlled by some outside entity and the store has no way to set temp. It's insanity that you would have to take asjacket just to be comfortable to either eat inside or work close to the front. Read more
The only reason it's even getting 1 star is because their isn't another option. The staff especially the young manager is very... unprofessional. They screw your order up and then won't serve you when you say something claiming your loud or hateful to them.This has happened twice and both times it's been the same management. Don't try and call their phone number. No one answers. Thelast time I went into the restaurant it was gross. Tables dirty floor dirty and a bunch of young adults in the back doingnothing but standing around fooling around throwing stuff. I've got video. The car line is not quick you sit there for severalminutes usually being pulled into a stall to wait even longer. Most of the time the second drive through isn't working. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin with folded egg, a medium sprite, and a large mocha frappe. The bacon was undercooked... and I did not get a folded egg! Service was fast and everyone was super friendly. Even though there was a mistake on my order and I had to circle back they got... me through lightning fast. Wrong food again. Nothing better than paying 11 dollars and finding out 30 min later when you get a chance to eat that they gave... you the exact opposite of the order your receipt says. Sealed the deal that I won't be using the downtown location ever again. Read more
