The guy that runs the drive thru most mornings is PHENOMENAL & stellar. He most def should be a role model for every single... person that works in customer service. He ALWAYS greets you with a smile, is sooooo friendly regardless of the day. Really hopethe manager sees this review. Stop on Saturday morning 10/8/22 @ 8:45. It was a very, very long wait in drive true. Waiting every bit of 35 mins. The problem... was once your in line you cannot get out due to the curbs. Not sure why the wait, maybe lacking help or training new. The staffwas apologetic but that wait is ridiculous. As for the food, it was very good, fresh and hot. Read more
I went to the one on 35 at Love's truck stop. I really like this particular one. Every time I go through the drive thru the... person at the window is always friendly even though they're usually different people. They're very good about checking yourorder before handing it over. I've never had a missing item from them. I usually always get a mushroom and swiss which is myfavorite burger and I always know what to expect because they're very consistent. My only complaint is that they cost a littlemore than other places but it's worth it for the quality and consistency. I also wish they were a 24 hour drive thru again aswell. Read more
I ordered food on line for breakfast. When I get there the doors was locked so had to go drive thru. I get up there and give... my name and tells me no biscuits and they had to turn away 3 drivers. Went there two days in a row. The ladies at the register were amazingly awesome, friendly and polite. I purchased the mushroom... and Swiss the first time and it was delicious no complaints at all. The second time I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwichand it was also delicious, soft hot and yummy so was the bun on both sandwiches. Sign said 24hrs big billboard. I waited 19 minutes at the counter. No one. Do not come here. Wasted my one 30 minute break in... 14 hours of driving truck. No idea how the food is. Read more
Tried original Angus beef burger. Taste good.
Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Short wait time on food as well. Would recommend.
