I ordered a iced chai latte. Easy! I get this every morning. Drive Thru. This morning I got what tasted like coffee grounds and... milk!!! So mad right now. I go through the drive thru on the way to work, so unfortunately, there was no time to turn around.I have been drinking this tea for years, BECAUSE I CAN'T HAVE COFFEE. MY LAST TIME!! For the past 4-5 days in a row they have not had 2 of the 4 breakfast sandwiches on the menu. Multiple people have shown discuss... with the quality of service. Including myself. Therefore, I leaving this review. Also they are playing the music extremely loud.That really defeats the purpose of a coffee shop where you can read, have a conversation at the table. It feels like a fitnessgym where your super pumped and have to talk over the music. I?ve recorded the sound of 4 different songs so you can hear youwant. In my opinion It?s a people problem . Your leadership for the morning shift is either allowing this or facilitating it.Either way it doesn?t align with Starbucks core beliefs and unwavering culture. Train train train!! Read more
This is by far the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to and I?ve lived in 3 different states? location is close to work so I stop... by occasionally. Every time without fail there is some type of issue or it takes way longer than it should to get my order.Staff is not friendly and have a very hard time comprehending relatively simple and straight forward orders. I worked atStarbucks for 4 years and always try my best to be understanding and give baristas the benefit of the doubt, but after so manytries and being constantly let down today I officially give up. Remodel is terrible. No refrigerated section, pastry display or retail offerings. The interior NOT warm and welcoming. So sad. ... Staff and drinks are good. Also, seems like sbux has slashed syrups down to a minimum selection at local stores. Read more
Just left this Starbucks and I have to say I'm very dissapointed in the level of customer service and respect I was just shown... by one of the baristas. I've been a gold staus member every years since about 2011 and this is only the 2nd time I've had anegative encounter at any of the stores. First they wouldn't honor the refill policy for an iced coffee. I called into Starbuckscustomer service to tell them about the issue and they handled it perfectly but when I got off the phone and went to tell thebarista I was dealing with what happened she cut me off and said you can call in and tell my manager then walked off on me. Iwas shocked she would treat me that way. I asked if the manager was available to tell him/her what happened but there was nomanager on duty. So that's why I'm sharing my experience on here. Maybe it'll get shared with the store manager. I didn't catchthe baristas name but she was young and has partially pinkish/red dyed hair. Read more
This location has some good areas to use to knock out some work when in the Richmond Parkway area. Staff was friendly and when... I have visited mid morning it hasn?t been busy or too crowded. Good place to have an offsite meeting. Beverages and food itemsare just like any other Starbucks. Read more
Had an experience worth leaving a good review for this weekend. I ended up wanting a coffee when I guess everyone else in town... did. When I got there and saw the parking lot I almost bailed but figured what the heck I'd go in since I was already there.Even in the thick of coffee rush hour the staff was so pleasant and kind so I wanted to shout out their positive attitudes andprofessionalism during a busy time when often times people let their customer service skills slip.
