Customer service has been decreasing steadily over the past 5 years. The only reason to go is for calzone. Lots of attitude... from staff. Frequently angry at the customer for bothering them. Foods good but not worth dealing with jerkiness. This last timeI called they would only let me order on the phone with a credit card? I canceled the other and will never buy anything fromthem again. I live close by and would come here maybe twice a month paying $70 each time. I love his food, it?s delicious! I also... appreciated the sarcasm with wanting 1 star reviews...however my recent order he is now charging you extra for using a creditcard. So even if I pay $70 for dinner here I will be charged a ?convenience? fee for using a card. This has gone a little toofar and there is such a thing as a cost of doing business. It?s a shame too, because there are not a lot of good food choicesright now in pt. Richmond/marina bay but I just can?t stomach being charged more for using a card when the prices here arealready high for an Italian place in a shopping center. Read more
