I order the harvest farmers wrap which usually have the plant based patty. The guy actually put meat sausage and when he noticed... removed and put the plant based one that too infront of my eyes from the same wrap rather than changing it. When i in a funnyway tried to ask him if he did that he made fun of me being vegetarian and will live longer he said. It cost 8-9 dollar andstill got this service, this is quiet upsetting. Read more
The service was awful, rude, and condescending. I would give no stars if I could. I don't usually write negative reviews but the... attitude of the staff was unacceptable. He just leave my coffee and my food in two different pick up areas and without tellingme. First he put the coffee high up on top of the metal hot water machine and I have to ask is this my coffee after 3min and hesays oh yah then I got the coffee and told him politely, it would be nice to let the customer know the item is ready and give itto them. His response was are you ok? how is your day? (In a condescending tone) and I went to the usual pick up counter waitingfor my beef biscuits and I again waited for a while while other people behind me were getting their items so I have to ask himeagain is the beef biscuit ready? Then he picked up a paper bag near the counter which was sitting there for 5-8 min. I was verymuch annoyed at that point so I took the items and left the counter, feeling frustrated. Timmy is my usual coffee go to placeand they are usually pretty ok across Canada so I feel surprised by the poorly trained staff and I will choose another coffeeplace from now on. Read more
Crowded and they are short staffed for sure. It was open so early at 5:00 Am which is great . All breakfast sandwiches are... available but limited options of donuts and danish. Read more
Poor service. They never have anything to eat other than coffee overnight. The chinese girl working there always seems... frustrated with customer, rude experience. She doesn?t deserve to serve customers. She made my bagel with bare hands with nogloves. Is this the standards?? doesn?t seem correlated to other tim?s. Gloves needs to be worn all the time and should bechanged one section to another. Read more
