An excellent place to hang out and park your car while waiting to pick up your friend at the airport.
Great location, friendly staff but extremely filthy bathrooms. There's urine, quite a bit around the toilet and urinal, not to... mention the floor. It's hard not to gag when using them. Family bathroom is the same, usually with feeces toilet paper and urineall over. Lots of room.for improovement. A lot of international travelers make this place their primary destination, as Tim hasbuilt and international reputation. Read more
Worst Tim Hortons experience, customer service rep threw so much attitude for so no reason and then my order was all messed up.... I had ordered s'mores and salted caramel creamy chill and I received chocolate and vanilla. I realised it only after leaving therestaurant. Will never recommend this Tim to anyone ever. Read more
The staff are nice, it's just too bad they can't make a coffee/tea correctly to save lives. Used to stop here everyday on the... way to work, now I add time to my commute and go to another location, at least then I have the chance of getting what I ordered. Read more
Received excellent service from the 3 girls serving at this location on August 1st evening. Unlike staff at many Tim Horton's... locations who give you a blank 'no' and cannot think outside the box, these girls were accommodating without breaking anycompany norms . Very nice spot of free parking neat to airport with brew tea/ coffee & breakfast. Best place for arrival pick up waiting... guys. Visitor spots are infront of shop, 30 minutes are free parking but u can make a round & then come back again to avoidcostly parking charges at airport. Better to spend that money in drink & food at Tim Horton. ???? Read more
Adjacent from the cell phone waiting area (which is also an awesome feature of YVR), lies a fantastic Tim's. Superb upkeep,... comfy and clean front of house, restaurant with cozy log fire and clean restrooms whilst you wait for loved ones to land. Staffare super friendly and very helpful which provides a lovely chilled out vibe. A great chance to slurp a coffee and chow down adonut with a beautiful view of numerous planes taking off and landing. Read more
Update please read the orders and make it properly.... this only happens when a certain worker is at the hot side making the... sandwiches... I order a belt sandwich and there's no tomato or lettuce or sauce in it. __________________ After the new set ofworkers came in awhile ago; I guess the others have retired or moved locations, there system is terrible, the rush hour, isquite a long time for the mobile order. I order it about 10 mins in advance. Once I got there is when they started theprocess. Need to have a worker or two set for each station. Read more
