Been in there twice , looking to enjoy a fresh salad both times i was not even greeted or noticed the first time i was in there... for several minutes standing up at the counter there was no one ordering and everyone sitting down was already eating. Today iwent in and same thing happened so i just did a quick about face and left . It was like i was invisible. Read more
Me and my girlfriend went there like a week ago. I love chopped leaf and been to all locations in Vancouver. It was my first... time in Richmond and I met the owner(Richard) there. He was so sweet and provided exceptional customer service ?? We talked alot and it was a great experience. Changing my rating to 1*. The chicken they gave me today was absolutely horrible, looked fake and old and tast: disgusting. I... won't be coming for a while!!! Older visit: 3.5 star rating would be correct from me as depends when you visit this place. Manytimes there is mess left on tables long after people leave. Food is delicious and portions are good, but i would like to see newthings on the menu, because as of now I eat only 30% of the menu. I've been here twice and I do enjoy the food, but I likely won't go back. Let me explain why. 1. Protein is an add-on and an... additional cost You can add chicken, tofu, salmon, prawns, but all at an additional cost ($3-4.50 extra). So, the wraps /salads are good for vegetarians, but if you're not, know there will be an extra cost. 2. The food is good, but it reminds me ofa food court or cafeteria. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy, and the combos are okay, but they're not anything inventive orspectacular. That said, before the cost of the protein, the food is pretty affordable and well priced. 3. The tortillas for thewraps are chewy. The unfortunate downfall of the otherwise good wrap is the chewy tortilla. It's not tough, necessarily, but inpleasantly chewy and interferes with the enjoyment of the wrap. But, I still would consider going back for these reasons: 1.Good customer service and helpful employees 2. Quick, healthy meal (depending in what you get, of course) 3. Relatively new to this franchise...this particular location and experience with this staff has been unpleasant. When asking... questions about their meals it seemed they didn't care or lack the knowhow in promoting their products even though it wascompletely empty. Looked back at staff when leaving only to see them laugh at me out the door. Now I know why it's not thatbusy. A bad vibe and overall unwelcoming. Read other 1 star reviews. Not the best when this franchise is relatively new onthe market and ample competition all around. Best go to freshii nearby. Read more
