I wasn?t happy with a drink (way too sweet). According to Starbucks policy worldwide, they are supposed to remake it. Instead,... they refused and suggested adding milk to my latte. If they?re supposed to represent the brand ?Starbucks?, they should knowthe policy?, otherwise, don?t open under that brand or don?t work there. I?ve called Starbucks and confirmed that they?resupposed to remake the drink. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years . Definitely very disappointed at thisStarbucks . Read more
