We Went here on our trip to LA, first coffee was made completely wrong. The lady decided to make it before she got the order... slip, didn?t care and gave it to us anyway. When we told her it was wrong. She said ?I know it?s classic?. Like okay cool.That?s not what we ordered. Then she made it two more times, and it was STILL WRONG!!!! After that and their completely rudebehaviour we decided just to take it and leave. Super disappointed with this experience. Don?t waste your money at thislocation. Staff were a joke and extremely rude and unprofessional. Wish I could leave zero stars. Read more

The same great selection of Starbucks here. The difference is the very fast, friendly staff. Could not believe the line up to... get coffee/breakfast. No worries as they are very quick. Maybe they need an additional location in the airport. It's worthit. The experience is always positive. Have a look at the line up here....they know what they want. Thanks Starbucks! Read more

Decent coffee. Always slow service. Last night and again this am staff seemed more engaged with personal or work related... conversations with each other than customers. Need to pick up a customer centric focus here. Could take it from just ok togreat. I think there may be some lack of incentive due to lack of direct competition in the vicinity. Read more

Service here leaves a lot to be desired. People have come to expect a certain level of efficiency, customer service & quality... from the Starbucks brand which this outlet is sorely lacking. Folks are rushing for their flights and need to make theirpurchases quickly. This outlet puts their most incompetent staff at the till which results in snaking lines especially formorning flights. The customer in front of me spent 10 min trying to convey ?coffee with soy milk?. Managers seriously need tostep in to improve service & train their staff. Read more

I've always had good service here. Food and drinks are consistent with what you would get at any other Starbucks. They're always... very busy and I think they do pretty well considering the workload. Read more
