Great location and they take care of their customers. Replaced sandwich no problem. Original post- Darn it! Got a tomato... mozzarella sandwich on my way to work. Got out of the car and my sandwich fell right thru the bottom of the bag onto thepavement- hadn't even had a bite. At least warn people the bags suck. Read more

Honestly, I never do reviews but this certain barista caught my attention. At first I thought she was a manger, bossing the... staff around like they were her slaves, then I started to notice the lack of work she was actually doing. I saw her attempt tomake my drink (iced chai tea latte) a relatively easy drink to make but it appeared she did not just mess up once, but twice!Took way too long and I won?t be coming back. I thought I would try to be a bigger person by telling her have a nice day, but itlooked like she just pushed me off an in ignorant, snotty way. Went on a light tour walk in Steveston tonight. Stopped in for a hot drink & treat with my boyfriend, bestie & her daughter.... Chad helped us out with our order & was simply AMAZING!
