Placed an order at 4:30pm online, delivery time told me it was 5:20pm-5:30pm. 6:15pm nothing shows up, tried reaching out to the... shop, nobody picks up, got transferred to their hotline, nobody picks up. Called numerous times to confirm or inquire what hadhappen to my order, nobody picks up. I had to drive all the way to their location only for him to tell me that they areextremely busy and there is nothing he can do. Terrible customer service, lack of staff and unapologetic. I have neverexperienced such horrible service if they were going to be over one hour late at least let the customer know. Why are theystill taking online orders when they cannot handle the volume. You know there IS a reason for the bad reviews here! Just read them for yourself! Guy at the counter is so lazy that he just... wants to play on the phone. He takes out the pizzas BEFORE they are fully cooked so that he can get back on his phone. So if uenjoy under-cooked pizzas and luv bad service , this place is for u! This is why PH sales are declining. Mngmnt and Franchisesdon't care and don't even look at these reviews. Read more
I had to wait like 50 minutes, and despite asking for extra pizza sauce, it was like I got none. Why do so many pizza store... owners go stingy with the sauce?! If you want pizza hut, goto the one on westminster and cooney (I think its cooney), the onejust a few blocks south of landsdowne mall. They get my orders right every time and normally take 20-30 mins for 4 pizzas, not50 for 2. Read more
Been going to this location for 10 years. In exchange for paying a 15% delivery fee, plus a 15% tip to the driver, I got... attitude, two crushed pizza boxes and partially crushed pizzas. After 10 years of regular patronage, I will be choosingdifferent locations from now on. Read more

This place has gone downhill. The past 5 times (in the last 3 months) I've tried to order from here, I've only been able to... place an order once. Every other time they've been unable to deliver for various reasons... out of pizza dough at 6:15pm on aFriday is ridiculous. The stupid thing is that there is actually a closer Pizza Hut to my house (10 minutes away) but sinceeach location has a designated delivery area, they were unable to deliver. It would be good if one location can't deliver forsome reason, another location can take over that area for the night. Read more
I order a medium pepperoni pizza today from Pizza Hut with 2 extra pepperoni added. When I received the pizza, it was just a... normal pepperoni pizza without any additional pepperoni on it. In short there wasn't extra pepperoni on the pizza when I addedthem in the options. Read more
