First time being here, not impressed at all. Arrived at around 00:15 and the waitress basically did not want us to be there, and... insisted on taking our order the second we sat down. I understand that you want to finish your shift and go home, but the noticeon the door clearly says ?last call 15min before close?. Ordered 2 regular size phos and the potion is pathetic, wasn?t feelingfull at all after finishing my food. Soup lacks flavor and fat, I guess it is ?healthy? - even though I can clearly taste theMSG. The only good part was the price - I paid ~$21 for 2 regular size pho. But I would rather pay a bit more to eat atsomewhere else. There are plenty good late night options around. Very very bad. Waited 30 + minutes for almost cold pho with extremely bland broth and no visible meat. The bowl itself looks... dirty from the outside has some red stuff hanging .I wonder if they clean the dishes properly????? ordered a drink didn?t comeout until we are about to left. I asked for less ice. I got half a cup full of ice. But my favourite drink there is the lychee mojito. I've been there for phoa... soup. Quite disappointing as the broth is quite watered down. But I guess that's why the restaurant offers buy one soup get onehalf off special. The service is pleasant. This is like fast food Pho. Counter service style ordering up front with payment ahead of the meal or online ordering like a... McDonald's from your phone are available options to get your food. Then you pick a seat and they deliver the food to you whenit's ready. The portions are small and the meat is scant, but the flavors are decent to good. The Bahn Mi is thin... Like verylittle meat but still alright. The Jazen Tea drinks taste like average bubble tea stuff but with the upgrade of chia seeds andfreeze dried fruits in the drinks and lots of drink flavors are available for you to choose from. Highlights are they are openlate until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, they have bubble tea on site, and they even serve fried chicken. Read more

Over priced for the quantity they offer. Iced Vietnamese coffee had full cup of ice and very little coffee. The large pho bowl... was big with lots of soup but not much noodles and beef brisket texture was rough. The taste was okay. But I got sick aftereating here. Service was friendly. Despite promos and groupon, this place is NOT a good deal. Pho 99 across the street tastesbetter for same price, or deer garden second floor right across the street fish soup without msg noodles is much better deal!! It wasn?t crowded when we came in around 9:30 PM but people started coming in after 10. It was surprisingly packed for a... Saturday night. Service was good until after 10. You can see some of the staff having their lunch break, which should becoordinated to be taken in slower times. I ordered the Steak and Brisket Pho which I very much enjoyed.
