We ordered two dishes, one of which was served way earlier than the other. And then out of the blue a rice bowl with corn... kernels on top was served, which we didn't know it comes with my dish because they served our foods separately. I guess a setmenu should be served together and foods ordered by one table should be served at the same time too. My scallop pasta had noveggies at all, which cost me as much as 28 bucks. Read more
I have a few allergies but this place was able to substitute so well!! This food is delicious!!! I highly recommend eating here.
Always so good, and each location is consistent with others. Beef w/rice and egg is my personal favourite. Their portion of meat... has decreased recently, but their prices are very reasonable so can’t really complain! Read more

Great lunch spot, it's quick and delicious. The service was very good and everyone was super friendly. I tried the Wagyu Beef... bowl, great flavors and really good quality. Took be back to my time in Japan. Highly recommend for those that haven't been. The trick is to mix everything up. That way you get a nice sear on everything. Read more
First time at a Pepper lunch! It was quite good and the staff were so friendly! They were kind to explain the sauces to me. I... wish I could tip them after the food, but you pay upfront, they seat you and then bring the food to you. The curry was spicy(as expected) and good “runniness”. It was delicious with the rice. The Wagyu Beef didn’t taste anything different fromwhat I tasted with normal beef but I will have to try the normal beef plate. The plates came piping hot but the corn on top wascold, which I would have liked warm! So I dropped them on my hot plate immediately. Overall, super yummy, fast and convenientwith great staff at this location. The only thing I felt that was off, was the price for what you received. Been here a handful of times. The service is always exceptional. Greeted as you come in and checked on to make sure you have... everything you need. All the staff is very friendly. This is one the places you pay first and then sit down and you'reserved. The food is great. Meat, rice, sauce, sizzling plate, delicious! Though one of my fave dishes here is the poutine.Imagine costco style fries then cheese on top and gravy to melt the cheese. Mind you they use shredded cheese as opposed tocurds but it just make their poutine unique. Where else does it come on a sizzling plate?! Even better as the cheese sizzles andcrisps up a bit.
