The flavours of the dirty boba ice cream was good but it?s so small for the price. Not to mention the counter was super dirty.... There were 3 people behind the desk and they couldn?t clean properly? And the milk was just sitting out on the counter whichmakes me question the freshness of the milk. Idk, even though I liked the flavours the other factors make me not want to comeback. Read more

Had the Mont blanc. All I can say is to avoid it. The cotton candy is weirdly super sticky and melty. The apple syrup is wild.... The choco pebbles at the bottom gets so hard and bland compared to the icecream. I couldn't even finish it. My sis got Macaodream. It's good until you eat the almonds. For some reason it tastes and feels more raw--makes it taste and feel so off whenyou eat it with the icecream. At least the macaron wasn't bad. I'd suggest you eat the simple flavours if you want their softserve. PS We used to come here pre-covid and they had added new items in the menu (from what I remember anyway bec thosemushroom clouds of cotton weren't there, I would've tried it years ago if they did). Had the Tiramisu and it was good. I wasn?t blown away. It?s a little small and a little pricey. Thought the best part was just... the regular old soft serve, which wasn?t too intensely sweet. I might have to come back and try just a plain soft serve. Read more

I'm usually not a big fan of desserts, kids wanted ice cream to cool off. Found a place in Richmond that offer soft serve with a... twist. Walked in and noticed they offered Japanese souffle pancakes. Had to try them all! First off, the presentation of thesoft serve was like art. Kids went wild and order their favorite. It tasted as good as it looks. Second, the Japanese pancake,if you never has them, you should try them. Taste like clouds, soft and wiggle as it bounces off your fork. They do take about20mins to make so have some patience. Incredibly delicious!! Good friendly service. Read more

So I ordered a Tiramisu for 6.50$. I was shocked at the size because it was 2x smaller than what you could have gotten at any... other bubble tea place/sweets shop. The lady fingers at the bottom were also really, really soggy after one minute. Not thequality I was hoping for, but it did look good from afar! Definitely a $$ option! It was, a noteworthy environment. Very cleanand quiet- good for chatting. Read more
