The food here is delicious. The sushi is fresh and tastes excellent. They have a large selection of specialty rolls which they... are known for. I had the Mega Bento Box, Big Boss specialty roll and Hawaiian Poke Don. The tempura from the bento box was verywell done, it was crispy and not greasy. Of the three items, my favourite was the Hawaiian Poke Don. The tuna in the poke wasdelicious! Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is bright and clean. We had a pleasant experience here. With no reservation (we tried but not allowed) we waited about 45 mins. Considering its fall... time now, it would be nice to be offered some hot tea for such a long wait outside. When we were ready to order, two of theitems we wanted to order, we were advised 40 mins wait so it discouraged us from ordering but turns out it arrived within 20mins. So we felt like we missed out. Overall the food was great, we had a chance to try sashimi pieces that's more unique thanmost sushi restaurants. Read more
The mega platter with the flame (forget the name) is the optimal blend of fried and fresh, tender and crispy, presentation and... taste. Never had soft shell crab before so I don?t know how it compares, but I liked it here! Read more
Try the Godzilla roll if you come. It comes with a fire in the middle surrounded by crispy yet soft rice squares, nori, alfalfa,... salad garnish, tuna, salmon, chopped scallop, and masago. Delicious. Their sunomono is also very refreshing. Other items likethe Mega Assorted Sashimi and dinner for two which included miso, assorted tempura, nigiris, California roll, and boss roll werejust average. Huge variety of special rolls to choose from and all of them tasted great! One of the rolls had rice that was a little bit hard,... but otherwise no issues. The tempura udon was good quality as well. Will go back! Read more

Dining here before the pandemic, it?s always full, but now it?s better to dine in, when we are being seated, I saw so many take... out & delivery pick up, therefore dining here is great because it?s not crowded and keep the social distancing. The food that Ilike is one of the appetizers ?Monkey Brain?, it?s a deep fried avocado with crab meat, tuna and cheese, the lunch or dinner setis taste great, their sushi is fresh with no complaint. Anyway, I think the owner is a Korean, because it?s also have someKorean style menu, I will come back as usual cause the price is reasonable and the service is good too. Read more
Always satisfied coming here. The service staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is well-priced given its above average... quality. Love that they?re open til 10pm when most places in Steveston are sleepy by then. My most recent visit I orderedpick-up and the gal working was super nice. The Nabeyaki Udon actually comes with chicken that is battered lightly in blackpepper so the broth is tasty, and there?s a ton of little mixed seafood in addition to the crispy prawn tempuras which weresatisfying. Sushi is good too, the Salmon Aburi Nigiri is good for when you don?t need a full fancy roll but still want thesauces and taste. Read more
