I don't recommend this location. You guys have to check the meat patty in your burgers. On Sep 16, I didn't check the burger I... ordered and went home then. When the time I ate it, I found there was only one meat patty. This is not the first time I met. Twomonth ago, I ordered a sausage and egg bagel. To my surprise, I was given a box of two pieces of begel. Where is the sausage andegg? I went back to the store and asked to change one. The manager didn't say anything to me but yell at one employee "I toldyou it's not gonna work.". Well, it seems the manager knew there was nothing in my begel and they did not return to me andadmitted the wrong begel they gave. Read more
Did mobile order and curb side pick up. Despite the long lineup inside and drive through, we got our food pretty quickly.... Unfortunately, my ice coffee came with some extra protein....a dead fly was in my coffee.... I brought it to the staff'sattention and they made me a new one. Read more
Atrocious. Service is horrible at the drive thru. Every time my order is wrong. They make me wait in parking lot, so I think... making fresh hot food....WRONG!! I get home and my food is disgusting, cold and falling apart. Fries are all old and hard andcrunchy. Why make people wait when the food is sitting inside getting cold? We've ordered from this location many times. It's always been good, quick and employees provide exceptional service. This is... one of the best McD locations in the lower mainland in my opinion. And their burgers are huge, look at that Big Mac! Read more
Location is good, opposite to IKEA, Staples and Home Depot are nearby in the same parking lot. Food is typical McDonald's fast... food. Read more
