Parking is great due to being in mall. The area to order is too small for how busy this location can get. Staff are friendly and... do their best. The are occasionally out of some items due to being busy. Location is a lot cleaner than most McDonalds withsimilar business volumes. Read more
Avoid this place on weekends! It's just CHAOTIC and the opposite of "fast" food. First - please **don't blame the staff**, as... they are doing their best dealing with angry customers, and the real issue is that there are just wayyyyyy too manycustomers. With that said: On a Saturday afternoon, there were so many people waiting for orders such that some had to standoutside; the drive-thru spilled out to the mall's roads, and I heard people saying they waited in the car for 15min to finallyget the food but it was already cold. I ordered the new McCrispy sandwich and it should have been called McBurnt. I couldn't finish it because the chicken patty was... so overcooked that it was dry. I also ordered a large drink that was only filled 3/4 of the way. This is the second time I haveexperienced this at this location. I understand that inflation makes it difficult for businesses but they already charge morefor food to make up for that. I'd rather drive further to another location for better quality food. Read more
I asked for the family bathroom key for my 3 year old daughter to use and the manager said the owner did not give permission to... use it! The men's bathroom was dirty and I demanded to be allowed to use the family bathroom. After my daughter started crying,she finally gave me the key. The toilet was working perfectly and there is no reasonable explanation for not allowing customersto use it. Read more
It's safer than in Surrey and the food is better than the store in Metrotown. For sure I feel safe in this location. I'm using... mac app for ordering and never once a problem. Thumbs up for the cleanliness as well. Read more

Waiting 20+ minutes now for a simple coffee and 1/4 pounder.. still waiting.. good way to waste my entire lunch break. Waiting... for an order that should take 30 seconds. EDIT: they ended up entirely forgetting my order. Went in after 30 minutes of waitingto find out it was "misplaced". Then the coffee cup they gave me leaks and is covering my work desk. Unacceptable place. Service is garbage... I went in near closing, spent almost 20 bucks basically, just to warm my hands in the... bathroom. It's minus degrees out, right. Well, the air dryer doesn't work, and there's no towels, and they will not let me in tothe handicap bathroom to dry my hands. I could have just gone into the ladies': I will next time.
