Ordered on fantuan at 6:00, says ready at 7:00 called at 7:30 to check where our food is and they said they were busy so it's... made now and ready to go. And was unable to cancel our order to buy food somewhere else instead of waiting without knowing whenwe will get it. No ETA. And unable to get anyone on customer service in fantuan. Finally came at 8:30. The delivery guy waswaiting at the restaurant for an hour. DONT take our order if you are unable to make the food in time! Read more

We went to this restaurant for the first time.Food is okay and service is not really good.
Came here for spicy food but my friends couldn't really get spicy, so we asked for less salt and less spicy. The fried pork and... pepper is definitely the best. Food is good and pricing is OK. A bit short staffed when a huge group came in and they only have1 server outside help around. Read more
